Children and teenagers from Flora Quiroga de Ortuzte night school, non lucrative private organizations such as the NGO Realidades, Ñanta, La Escuela Taller, and local authorities such as the City Hall, the Culture House, the department Direction of Cultures, the Distrital Direction of Education, and the department Direction of Work have unified their efforts to organize a “Solidarity Concert for Children Rights” mainly for children and teenagers who attend night schools and work during the day because of the actual socio economical situation.
